International NO Dieting Day

International NO Dieting Day (INDD) was established in 1992 by a British activist and a group called the Diet Breakers. INDD was established to challenge the cultural attitudes and values that contribute to chronic dieting, food and weight preoccupation, disordered eating, and size discrimination. Participants wear a light blue ribbon symbolizing the day’s goals and key messages.

DIETS DON’T WORK!
Healthy lifestyles do.

Focus on being healthy & fit at any shape and size rather than being thin or muscular at any
cost.
Eat well, be active, & feel good about your body!

At UCLA, International NO Dieting Day is sponsored by the EATask Force.
